High Speed Collating System integrated with paper banding system 

The High Speed Collator System utilizes multiple Friction Feeders with Automatic Drop system that drop batches of products on the moving conveyor. Automaticly pushing by a pusher to belly banding, and the finished bander product come out by conveyor 

The High Speed Collator System is expandable to accommodate any number of friction feeders and Automatic Drop Tables, to enhance highly speed of feeding to conveyor, each friction feeder and paper banding machine can work seperately or integrated together 

FUNKTIONER:

1. Continuous feeding mechanism, can choose continuous feeding or stacked feeding, with large capacity storage, reduce the frequency of material add.

2. Friction feeder machine can adjust the paper feeding angle to prevent feeding failure.

3. Automatic pat tidy mechanism to make sure banding neatly.

4. Automatic pressure banding to ensure band tightly.

5. It can choose linear or L-shaped layout as needs.

6. Special irregular card feeding device is optional. 

7. Support OEM/ODM services.
